How to make shiitake mushrooms taste like bacon!

I have to try this as soon as possible!  I might be heading to the store after writing this post.  Mushrooms  tasting like bacon no way!   Shiitake mushrooms are my favorite mushrooms to eat.  I usually saute them with others veggies or add it to an omelet for breakfast.  Who would have thought baking them would make them taste like bacon.  I have to taste it to believe it.  Anybody already tried this recipe let me know what you think.
