Handmade Apple danishes
This thanksgiving I decided to take on making puff pastry at home. I have made it before with others in school but never by myself at home on a small scale. Making the puff pastry dough wasn't difficult it just a little time consuming, like everything else in life but so worth it. If you don't want to go through rolling, folding and chilling the dough you could always buy it. I filled mine with diced raw apples, organic lemon zest, Penzey's cinnamon and just a touch raw sugar. It taste really good hot out the oven.

This pastry looks so good. Very sinful. Thanks for sharing.
