I love summer simply because I love barbecues and all the fresh wonderful food available. I enjoy seating and eating outside, the smell of food cooking on a hot grill yum! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Anyone making any special grilled dish for the Fourth of July let me know. I'm thinking about grilling up some peaches but not sure yet! My sis is going to make her mean potato salad. I'm looking forward to that.
Mmmmm...they all look so good. I'm with you on grilling. I need no special reason to fire up the grill. I had no plans for the 4th until an aunt invited herself over LOL. So we will be grilling. The menu is still open though.
