Bulgur Wheat Porridge with Toasted Walnuts Goji Berries and Dates


For breakfast this morning.  I 'm having good old fashion bulgur wheat.    I like this bulgur wheat because it cooks fairly quick.  I get mine from Shiloh Farm or Bobs Red Mill.   The walnuts are toasted in a cast iron skillet on the stove top till it's fragrant.  I added dates for sweetness and goji berries just because.  I like to serve this type of porridge with yogurt.  It's really good and most important very filling.
I'm off to the studio, I'm running a little late.
