Yuzu Jelly, Blood Orange Marmalade, Pear and Vanilla Butter

I just stumbled upon this site that makes some really great sounding jams.  Check out June Taylor Jams .  I would really like to try that Yuzu Jelly.  Yuzu is a Japanese grapefruit.   The fragrance is so divine, it's one of my favorite scents and I would love to eat it.
