One of my ceramic teachers brought this beautiful kimbap he made to our studio anniversary party.  I really couldn't stop eating them.  They tasted even better than they looked.   The combination of spinach, carrots, egg, crab sticks and pickled ginger was so yummy.   I'm not sure what the square translucent veggie is? but it was sort of sweet and crunchy.   I bought the left over kimbap home to photograph and devour! 

I looked to You Tube to find out how to make Kimbap.  I learned that there are so many types of kimbap.
There are so many great videos out there.  Here's are a few I like.
