I have been following the lovely Aarti Sequeira food blog. I love her videos and recipes. This is one of my favorite recipes from her blog. Watch her video for this dish here. I used sunflower seeds only because I was out of pumpkin seeds. I have made this dish before using toasted pumpkins seeds and I loved it. I have a huge bag of raw sunflower seeds from my winter granola making kick. I really need to use it up so I'm kind of adding it to everything.
Anybody have sunflower seeds recipe recommendations or ideas?
