Food Product Discoveries: Honey- Butter

I spotted this small tub of Downey Honey-Butter sitting on the top shelf in the butter section at my local health food store.  I thought at first it was just a raw honey spread.  I checked the ingredients: Honey, Butter (milk).

I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did.  I taste like raw honey with powdered milk.  Which doesn't sound that tasty but spread it on bread/ toast then sprinkle it with cinnamon.  Wow!  It taste like french toast without the added eggs and the work.   I think it would make a wonderful glaze for pastries.  I like it and would buy it again.
